The Water Maintenance Division is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the entire water distribution system; installation of new water mains and appurtenances; supervision and inspection of capital improvement projects; installation and replacement of water meters; response to service calls/customer complaints; and location of our utilities for UFPO.
The Division is responsible for reading all water meters in the system every quarter, notification and shut off of delinquent water accounts maintenance of water system maps/records, enforcement of a cross-connection program per NYS Department of Health. We also assist other divisions as needed. This Division is on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to handle all emergency calls.

If you will be selling your home, a final water meter reading will be needed. Someone must be present at the time of the appointment.
