The Heart of Geneva

While most citizens think of the downtown as a commercial center, it has been and continues to be a residential neighborhood with significant impact on nearby neighborhoods. The City Central neighborhood contains the majority of historically important structures that catalogue the development of the city as an urban center. Investment, both public and private, has increased substantially in the central business district during the last decade. Most notable are numerous facade renovations and the relocation of the public Farmers Market to the Exchange Street parking lot.
